1. The service
Quizmaister is a multiplayer quiz app. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must approve your use of the service.
3. Account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Usernames and content must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe others’ rights.
4. Virtual items & purchases
Coins and other virtual items have no cash value outside the app, are non-transferable except as we allow in-app, and are subject to Apple/Google store rules. Purchase records we store are described in the Privacy Policy (transaction ID, product, coins, time, uid) and retained for bookkeeping.
5. Fair play
Cheating, harassment, abuse of reporting tools, or attempts to disrupt the service may lead to suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual property
Quizmaister, its branding, and our question banks are owned by EEVEE labs AS or licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may terminate access for violations or to protect the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway applicable to EEVEE labs AS, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
